Curis Resources Ltd. (\u201cCuris\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (TSX: CUV) announces that it has completed the previously announced CAD $7 million non-brokered private placement of 11,666,667 common shares in the capital of Curis at a price of CAD $0.60 per share. The common shares are subject to a four month hold period. The private placement is subject to the final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n
